My friend RV9CTD got his K3/10 kit  on the 7th of February. Two days later 
he is on the air. His K3 serial number is 6166.
Just for your article, Elecraft refuses sending assembled equipment to 
Russia because such parcels are often stopped and returned to sender by 
Russian custom. Anything sent in kit form has no problems. Looks like 
Russian customs want Russian hams to turn into trained kit builders.
