Hello Fred, I had a similar problem with the front socket. Search for headphone socket in the archive. First we replaced the front socket, not an easy task, but still the same. Then I thought I had a problem with the rear socket, but the problem was the AUX-cable for the KPA500. Are you have also a KPA500 connected?
