I took my K2 along on a recent cross country ski trip to a century old log cabin located north of Steamboat Springs. Running 3 watts into a four feet per side square loop antenna hung from the clothes pegs INSIDE the cabin, I worked Texas, Idaho and Washington on 30m. There was four feet of snow on the ground outside the cabin. Now that made my day! 73 Mike, AI8Z
