Wow, You know I've done that test 4 times now and this time it was really
different on 3 bands on 30,40,15 meters I get 8.4v.  That is very different
from before.  They were always within range.
Before I did Phase III, my voltages were
40m hi=1.7  /  lo=3.2
30m hi=3.5  /  lo=4.1
15m hi=2.6  /  lo=5.3  now for all three of those bands only it's
         hi-8.4  /  lo=8.4  so what did I do to throw all that off?  Just
phase III.
I don't get it.  You know,  I'm so close now I can taste it!  I have to
break off for family for a while then I'm going to look in on that speaker
advice you gave me.  It can only be so many things, right?  Then we'll nail
it down.
