I have loaded the latest firmware to my P3, even though I don't have the P3 SVGA board. I did have it on order, but cancelled it because I have a fully loaded KX3 on the way and I don't want too many new toys at once!
However, this has set me thinking. It has been mentioned before that a future firmware release will permit the decoded PSK31 and RTTY output to be displayed on the P3's screen. When this eventually comes to fruition, what I would like to see is the received data displayed _above_ the waterfall on the P3 (as well as on the the attached monitor). In other words, I would hope that the decoded data will be available on the P3 _without_ the need to purchase the SVGA card. And, of course, we are also looking forward to being able to connect a USB keyboard directly to the P3 in order to transmit data/cw too!
