I have followed this thread today, and I haven't seen anyone ask, "Did you check the POWER setting". I turned the power down, forgot and had no RF out. The ATU worked, and the digital mode, FSK D, tapping the key will produce 'didles' but no RF power.
Perhaps you did some config or cal functions, turned down the power and forgot to turn it up again.
