I made my own Robert...simple to do.  But I suspect a simple stereo
Y-adapter will do with one male stereo and two female stereo (like a
headphones splitter) will work too.  Just wire the mic as mic+ to tip
and mic- to sleeve.  For the PTT use the PTT signal on the ring and
PTT gnd on the sleeve (you would need to wire your PTT switch to a
male 3.5mm stereo plug to do this).

Like I said...easier to just make your own adapter. :)
