Good Evening,
Since forty meters does not open up as early this time of year the
second net has been pushed later by an hour. If this does not work I'll
push it another hour next week. Thus the forty meter net will begin at
0100z or 6 PM Pacific time. Hopefully the time change will help a few
more of you find the net from Northwestern Oregon.
After the sunny and warm weekend it has been wet, windy, and rather
chilly. Not quite down to freezing and nowhere near 50 in the daytime.
Maybe May will be warmer. Between the rain and wind there were three
separate hail storms. While out splitting wood today I saw a lot of
snow on the neighboring peaks. Winter is holding on for another week
while it threatens the flowers.
