I've been doing that to feed my SDR-IQ and it does not seem to be
a sensitivity problem.

*NOTE* the RX Out/In loop is *after* the transmit lowpass filters
and as such they will impact the ability of your QSR-1 to receive
on bands above the one in use on the main receiver.
