Big CME hit us. A was up to 45 and K was 6 most of last night and this AM. The western GOES magnetometer went from +240nT to -50nT in about 5 minutes at 2400Z Sat, and Bz is currently -5.7 -- none of which augurs well for propagation. Auroral lat is around 56, northern states and the provinces may have a great show tonight.
