The new regulations for air travel:

seem to be much more relaxed from the old ones. It seems that up to two 300W
batteries are allowed.

could power KX3 for days and K3 for hrs. 
Am I reading the regulations OK? 

The importance of battery power cannot be overemphasized when traveling.
While AC power may be availble in hotels, these locations may not be best
for putting antenna and also they usually contain large amounts of RFI.
