Hi Joe, Sorry to hear about the noise level. Can I recommend that you listen to the net and wait until Phil,NS7P (Net Control) asks if there are any "relays". Put your call in there. Some of the noise on the frequency will have subsided by then as, at that point, most all check-ins will have been acknowledged. There are a lot of helpful guys on the net and someone will definitely help you get through. Just drop on in!
