NaP3 has a bug. When started, the offset is bad. When offset is changed to something on the last tab (say SSB) to something and then back to 0, the offset is correct. This is not saved so needs to be repeated every launch of NaP3.
I can't remember whether touching offset in SSB also corrects CW or not.
