I have for sale a quantity of 8 large Fair-Rite type 31 mix clamp-on cores. These are the best available cores for conveniently making high performance common-mode chokes over the HF amateur bands. Fair-Rite PN is 0431177081 and the Mouser PN is 623-0431177081. I purchased these new from Mouser over the past few years. Some have been used outside on temporary contest antennas, some used inside for noise suppression in shack and on appliances. Some have not been used. All are in perfect condition mechanically and electrically with at most some slight discoloration on the exterior plastic. Closing down the station here, so no longer have a use for them.
Core OD is a little over 2 inches, ID is about 1 inch and length is about 1.7 inches. Can be used to easily make multi-turn chokes even on RG-8 sized coax.
