Part 97.317 refers to the standards for certification of amplifiers. However, according to Part 97.315(b)(2), certification is not required if the amplifier is sold to an amateur operator. Since Bill is an amateur operator, it seems to me that part 97.317 would be irrelevant. 73, Matt VK2RQ ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Elecraft@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
