That's odd. I don't remember any beta release that didn't fully describe the changes that had been made, yet you say that it "often" happens. Can you provide a few examples that never were described in the notes? I'm curious what might have been changed that I don't know about.
I'm also curious what kind of issue would get repaired that wouldn't be an operational issue in one way or another. Maybe you could give an example or two of that as well.
