It kind of depends on what type of filtering you are looking for; if you use the DXLab suite of programs, you can set it (Spot collector) to serve a web page you can look at on your iPad; quite a few filtering options are available, and based on your log (DXKeeper), will color code the spots as "new (unworked DXCC band entity)", unconfirmed, and so on - quite a nice capability when away from the shack, to alert you to go back there and get that entity you need.

If you are looking for a more independent view (but less filtering), there is an app that runs on the iPad or iPhone called "hamDXCluster" that works well...
