Last week (Monday) I left a message for a replacement VFO B knob for my K3 @ 11:30 AM Eastern time. The reply from a technician about an hour later was that the order had been placed and the knob should be shipped that afternoon. I assume he called to confirm that was what I actually needed. I know the best work vendor I ever had (RCA in the tube equipment days) would not have managed that!
