Yes, suggestions that cause me to think! Checked, but the only numbers
that were wrong were the ones on Q4 and Q3. They are now the way it was
designed and every thing works fine!

One of the nice things about the 2T generator is that the two
oscillators are identical except for the frequency determining
resistors. You should be able to compare the voltages read on each
pin of U1A to its corresponding pin on U1B and do the same thing on Q4
compared to Q2 and Q3 compared to Q1. This should help in finding the
defective component.
