In rare cases, KX3 beta firmware rev 1.47 or later may not load correctly using older releases of KX3 Utility. We suggest using the latest release of the Utility, rev 1.13.4.29, which is available on our KX3 software page:
http://www.elecraft.com/KX3/KX3_software.htm#kx3util If you've already loaded rev. 1.47 KX3 firmware without any issues, you don't need to reload.
