Please also note that most amplifiers like the one referenced below are not compliant with the FCC Part 97 rules (which require FCC certification of all external amateur amplifiers, built or kit, that are offered for commercial sale ) and are not legal to sell into the U.S. Many also do not meet amateur harmonic emissions standards.

We are required to design to the FCC rules and to receive their official certification prior to sale.

Of course it is legal to buy these foreign amps as far as I can tell.
