Dear Erwin,

I use a RF Splitter to feed the same
antenna to both K* and FCDP+
but only for receive tests !!

I've done
also some tests during JT65 decoding, using
the same set-up, but with a different antenna hi!

You can find some
results at the end of this site:

http://www.von-info.ch/hb9afo/articles/funcube/funcube.htm

I dont' use the K3/FCDP+ combination for actual TX/RX use,

only for receive tests with the splitter.

My best 73,
Rudi, HB9ARI

comparing to a FCDP+ ?

Hi dear Rudi,
yes so far I learned that a preamp is needed for serious 6m operation
with the
K3. TNX for your info as well.

As you write you use also the FCDP+. How do you use it together with the
K3 ? Is
there any circuit out there ?
Or better is there any hint to connect it to the K3?
*****
Would be nice to have such a
solution.
