Hi Edward, Here's a few things to check.
Before you compare Main RX and Sub RX be sure to double tap A-B (#3 button). This insures that all the Main RX settings are transferred to the Sub RX. Things like NR, NB, and filter settings should be the same before making comparisons. Also with the SUB turned on check ATT and PRE using the BSET button to be sure they are the same as the Main RX. (I'm not sure if ATT and PRE are transferred to the SUB RX using the A-B double tap). Do you have the same filter in both RXs. Have you entered all the filter parameters correctly into the config files using the K3 Utility. The outer volume knob (Sub) can be configured to be a true volume control or a balance control using CONFIG:SUB AF.
