Hello all, Guy, N7UN and myself, WA3WSJ, will hike and play radio on the AT Pulpit Rock starting Friday morning around 9:30am until noon. We will hang around the usual qrp frequencies. Guy is driving from NJ and we plan to enjoy the nice weather. We will then hike down the mountain and eat lunch at Cabela's. Then off to Rt.501. We will then hike three miles or so out to Round Head and setup camp for the night. Look for us on the air by around 4pm or so from Round Head on the AT in PA. Saturday we will operate until around noon or so. We then will pack up and head out around noon or so. I will be using my Elecraft K1. Saturday night we will operate from inside our tents. So give us a call while we're out on the AT! Guy might operate on other bands?
