Ditto - I heard 3 or 4 cases where the station (note I didn't say
operator, 'cause I'm not sure there was one at the moment) was sending
CQ SS in a loop, apparently never listening, because they didn't answer
any of the callers. No big deal - I just kept moving up the band in
S&P mode, but I saw this enough times that it got my attention.
