Here is a circuit for an amp key circuit that can be added to the K2:

The stock AL80B has a low-voltage positive key line. Just to be sure -- perhaps it's been modified -- it's a good idea to measure it before connecting it.

You will get a couple of hundred watts from the AL80B depending on the band.
