Thanks for all of the excellent points on my not-so-scientific survey.
Penn makes an especially good point about the KX3 being a viable alternative to use with any QRP transceiver. Both Elecraft and Ten-Tec used this as a selling point for their respective offerings.
Looks like several of you are waiting, either until any bugs are worked out, or until it's available from stock. Right now, it's still looking like 1-2 weeks, according to the latest shipping status from Elecraft.
