Good Evening, I've been attempting to update to the latest firmware to K3 SN 3497, but i am continually getting the subject error msg. I have the latest utility (for the Mac) and have tried removing the files re-downloading, then reloading the DSP software, but I am getting nowhere. I'm now on my 4th attempt at downloading. Any suggestions?
