Hi Larry, One leg of the Y cable attaches to the SDA100. The other leg of the Y cable attaches to the PC connection on the back of the P3. Then the separate RS232 cable supplied with the P3 goes between the XCVR connection on the P3 and the RS232 connection on the K3.
