Hi Jeff I use the KX3 OSC*##C to monitor the temperature of the KX3 and the PAx ##C to monitor the temperature of the KXPA100. That worked for me while I was running PSK31 and RTTY as W1AW/0 for North Dakota. I have ordered the extra heat sink for my KX3 as I think it runs too hot in RTTY and PSK31 but it is just fine on CW and SSB.
I hope this idea works for you. 73 Ken W0CZ w0cz at i29 dot net Sent from my iPad > On May 5, 2014, at 7:10 PM, "Jeff Herr" <her...@comcast.net> wrote: > > how can I measure the kx3 pa temp while connected to the KXPA100 ? > > Did I miss something in the programming ref? > > ______________________________________________________________ > Elecraft mailing list > Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft > Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm > Post: mailto:Elecraft@mailman.qth.net > > This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net > Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html > Message delivered to w...@i29.net ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Elecraft@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html Message delivered to arch...@mail-archive.com
