I have for sale my K2/100, serial number 49XX, with the KPA 100 amp built into the unit, KSB2 SSB unit, K160RX with separate antenna port, KDSP2, KI02 RS232 connector and board, Heil MH2 mic, DC cable with power poles on rig end, FDIMP, all manuals, laminated info card, and a K2 Nifty mini-manual. Rig is in excellent condition, no bangs, dents marks or other damage. Has full 100W output.
This is a repost of a previous sale that was not successfully completed. The buyer could not get the rig to transmit without it showing a code of Hi Refl that would not go away. He was using a manual tuner and I could not duplicate the problem with my LDG Pro II ATU. It will show that code while the ATU is tuning and power is reduced, but it goes away once a SWR match is reached and PO is up to 100 watts or whatever it is set at. I have had many US and DX QSOs with no problem at full power within the last month to test the rig. Since he was not satisfied, I refunded the purchase price. As I don't know if this is a real issue or not, I have lowered the price of the rig to account for any possible tweaking that is necessary. In light of this, I am selling the rig as is. Other than this possible issue, the RX is great and, as far as I can tell, TX is working as it should for me with the ATU. Pictures available upon request.
