Paul,
Have you disconnected the RS-232 cable to the PC from the P3? If not,
try that and then connect the RS-232 cable between the P3 and K3. If
the problem is resolved with only that cable in place, blame your
computer, but if the problem happens with no computer connection to the
P3, contact P3support.
