I've just installed the P3SVGA. P3 and P3SVGA have latest firmware. It appears that the P3 frame rate has been slowed to perhaps 2 frames per second now that I've added the SVGA. This appears to be independent of whether the SVGA is enabled or not.
Similarly the SVGA frame rate also appears to be about 2 per second regardless of what resolution I'm running. I have averaging off.
