"Google" CODAR and /or Seasonde for more information. Spent several months as camp ground host in an Oregon State Park with one of these operating in the plumbing space of a public toilet about a hundred feet from our RV ... and my antenna. (;-(
There are a number of Seasonde rigs housed in OSP's along the coast.
