I've been running my K3 on a 55Ah Optima Yellow Top 34/78-OY almost daily for 7
years now with no issues. A small 3A float charger keeps it topped off.I
operate primarily CW at 60W barefoot and reduce power further if using amp.
Have found most remote ops cant detect difference between 60 and 100W.
