WOW, That pretty much sums up my experience so far.
I was using a Raspberry PI B+ to run Debian *nix and FLDIGI. CPU under XWindows with FLDigi running bounced around 90%. Shut down, unplugged, swapped in the Raspberry PI 2, plugged in the SD card from the Pi B+, powered up. just a few updates later.. Xwin + FLDigi the CPU sits at 8%, 2 Instances of FLDigi CPU sits around 15%. NIICE..
