All the Windows-native Elecraft utilities work fine with Wine. Elecraft
also supplies Linux versions, though they may run downrev from their
Windoze counterparts. If using Wine, you'll have to configure a serial
port as a DOS device (see
https://www.winehq.org/docs/wineusr-guide/misc-things-to-configure).
