And if I'm not mistaken if you also have the audio filter add-on connected you need to adjust that to the new center frequency too.

Assuming your CW filters are currently centered at your 580Hz pitch, you will need to move the center of the CW filters to whatever pitch you choose for the sidetone. That is done with the CAL FIL procedure. You will need the internal counter probe.
