Is the Noctua fan mentioned in a previous thread a plug-level replacement for the stock Elecraft K3 fan? That is to say, have others purchased some version of this fan and successfully drop-in replaced the 'old' one, experiencing an improvement in sound level or otherwise? My K3 is #6108 ... late 2011 vintage.
