I hadn't seen this article yet, but it is the same person. One of the reports I read said he doesn't have the Cathode ready yet.
His new battery is sometimes referred to as 'Lithium' but is said not to have Lithium in it. It doesn't explode, and it doesn't grow whiskers if charged to rapidly.
