I'd like to update my K2 (SN 336) with the keying mod to reduce CW bandwidth. The doc from Elecraft specifies a PIN diode that is obsolete and no longer available (5082-3081).
I'm not sure what specifications are important to spec a replacement part. Any suggestions for a suitable replacement, or maybe someone out there has the correct part that they could sell me?
