I ordered the *KX3*-*2M for the KX3 and installed it yesterday, seems to be working great. However... now I have an issue with the SMA connector coming loose one me after only a few times placing the Elecraft 2m/440 whip antenna on and off.*
*I was pretty careful to make sure the SMA antenna connector was mounted securely. The instructions warned about overtightening. So I tightened it down as much as seemed right. With lock washer compressed, I would have thought it would be fine. Apparently not. * *So now I have to break the thing back down to get to the antenna mount and retighten. Anyone else have issues with this and how did you resolve? I almost wonder if some locktite would help?* *Thanks!
