I've looked thru all of my manuals and still have a question regarding the serial port on the remote site connection. Does it use the same basic connections as the K3 (pins 2,3, &5) or does it also utilize RTS and DTR (pins 4 & 7)? I would like to set up a remotely operated switch for the serial connections as a backup, but want to be certain I get everything that's needed.
