Have you listened or made QSOs on 12 or 10 recently? Occasional E-skip is pretty much what there is, and there's not much of that. I had my K3 parked on 12M FT8 and a good antenna for most of a week and decoded two stations (days apart). Both called CQ and didn't work anyone. In another year, 15 will be like that.
