I set rear panel bias on for the electret element. My TX EQ is 0.05 -9 0.10 -6 0.20 0 0.40 +2 0.80 +4 1.60 +5 2.40 +2 3.20 -3 I use the same EQ settings for both the CM500 and for the MC-60 connected to the front panel connector.
