Use something like Google's Calendar. Create reminders using UTC for ham radio and other things that occur based on UTC. And, unless you use your memory instead, you'll always get a reminder at the correct time, regardless of your local time.
It's too bad so many time keeping devices account for this no longer functional time change. If we discarded the concept, it would take decades to lose all the stuff that changes automatically.
