Since one can use a KX2 for digital communications, a case with a disruptive digital pattern [such as CADPAT or MARPAT] would be a joke only a truly dedicated Nerd would get. [:=)  Nearly all patterns are under copyright and about the only way to use them is either under license, or [very difficult] to prove you came up with it totally independently of the copyright version.  Good luck.
