Chuck, I found an old copy of the K2 firmware update instructions with brief descriptions of prior versions' feature changes using the Wayback Machine (aka archive.org).
https://web.archive.org/web/20090822034804/http://elecraft.com/ Once at this archived page, select Manuals and Downloads in the left hand menu, select K2 manuals, and scroll down to the link titled "2.04 K2 Firmware Notes." That lists the features of the Rev 2 firmware succession. The most recent firmware version, I believe, is 2.04R.
