I have an Elecraft K3, KAT 500 and KPA 500.
I usually use it at full power with a 260’ off-center dipole on 160, 80, 40, and 20m. Last week, I tried it with a 140’ doublet on 160 meters to see if the tuner would be able to reduce the swr to enable operation on that band. Since then when trying it on any band with the off center dipole, it shows the K3 putting whatever power it is set to but then immediately drops to zero. Is this a matter of switch settings or did I burn something out? Thanks.
