What mode is the KAT500 in when you power up and see the wrong antenna selected?
What firmware version is loaded in your KAT500? There was a firmware defect that could cause the wrong antenna to be selected in BYP mode but it is fixed in the current firmware. I seem to remember there was a change for those wire links but don't have the details here.
